Time to talk money.

Please note that accommodation needs to be paid by the end of Feb 2010 as we need to pay the Don Suite in full.

Uniform follows shortly thereafter as all suppliers work on a deposit upfront, balance COD.

You are kindly requested to make a deposit into the banking account as listed below. Please use the PLAYERS NAME AND SURNAME as a reference (we have 4 Matthews, 2 Kyles, 2 Jarryds) etc; I would not like to reflect payments incorrectly. Deposit slip can be scanned and mailed to me or faxed to me on 086 505 3695.

If for some reason you need to handle cash with the manager, please ensure you are issued with a receipt IMMEDIATELY for the amount handed over.

I will send out statements for the uniform between Friday and Monday.

Money for the Barnyard tickets can be handed to the managers, or deposited with ref BARN, PLAYERS NAME AND SURNAME. Deposit slips to be faxed as well.
